This plugin uses the CaseYak AI service (a "3rd party service") to load the questionnaire onto your WordPress instance. When a user submits information, the plugin sends that data to our service to generate an estimated case value and notify your firm.

Installation
- Add the CaseYak plugin via the WordPress plugins directory
- Activate your CaseYak subscription in the admin panel ($249.99/mo)
- Set your plugin settings as needed, or use the defaults to add CaseYak to your homepage.

Can I add more than one notification email?
Yes. Add multiple emails in the plugin settings (comma-separated).
Can I customize the look and feel to match my site?
Yes. Use the plugin admin panel to configure appearance and behavior, or email kenny@caseyak.com for help.
Do I need to create an account with CaseYak?
Yes. You create an account from the CaseYak admin panel during setup.
How can I cancel?
Cancel from the plugin admin panel or email kenny@caseyak.com.
Where do I receive form submissions?
You’ll receive emails at the addresses listed in “Notification Emails” in the plugin settings.
