Installation

  1. Download the plugin from WordPress.org
  2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  3. Activate the plugin
  4. Access ComptaFlow in the WordPress admin menu
  5. Configure your company in Settings (SIRET, VAT regime, etc.)
  6. Start entering your transactions!

Can I upgrade to Pro later?

Yes! Your data is fully compatible. Simply purchase ComptaFlow Pro from comptaflow.meetempo.com and install it. All your existing transactions and settings will be preserved.

Can I use the plugin as a micro-entrepreneur?

Yes. As a micro-entrepreneur, you don't have full accounting obligations, but the plugin helps you track your income to avoid exceeding thresholds and prepare for a potential switch to "régime réel".

Does this plugin replace an accountant?

No. ComptaFlow by MeeTempo is an accounting entry assistance tool. It helps you maintain your daily bookkeeping with a guided system. For annual validation, year-end closing, and official tax declarations, we recommend working with a certified accountant.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All your accounting data stays in your WordPress database. The free version makes no external API calls. Your financial information never leaves your server.

Is this plugin for my country?

ComptaFlow is built exclusively for France and the French accounting system (Plan Comptable Général - PCG). If you are not based in France or do not follow French accounting standards, this plugin is not for you. It supports French VAT regimes (franchise en base, CA3, CA12), SIRET, and FEC export for DGFiP compliance.

What VAT regimes are supported?

The plugin supports:

  • Franchise en base (VAT exempt)
  • Régime réel normal (CA3 - monthly/quarterly)
  • Régime réel simplifié (CA12 - annual with installments)

What exports are available in the free version?

The free version includes four CSV exports:

  • Balance Sheet - Account balances for a period
  • General Ledger - Detailed movements by account

What is FEC and why isn't it in the free version?

FEC (Fichier des Écritures Comptables) is a specific file format required by French tax authorities for audits. It requires strict compliance with Article A.47 A-1 LPF. This feature is available in ComptaFlow Pro to ensure full compliance and support.
